Directions in Divorce
Between 6 weeks and 3 years old for Early Head Start Expecting moms can apply prior to birth.
Between 3 years and 5 years for Head Start
At least 10% of enrollment opportunities are for children with disabilities. Children who are in foster care or are homeless are automatically eligible.
Proof of income (copy of last year’s tax return, paycheck stubs, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) letter, child support documentation, etc.);
Current Immunization Record
Work or School Schedule for Parent/ Guardian
Certified birth certificate for the child;
Medical insurance card through Sooner Care or private insurance;
If your child has been diagnosed with a disability (including speech/language), please attach a copy of all available reports, evaluations, and current I.E.P.s/I.F.S.Ps.
